Delivered to Perfection
On the day of your event, our experienced chefs will arrive at your chosen venue at a pre-arranged time, bringing everything required to get started. All our meat is sourced from approved farms, trusted to provide a flavour that’s second to none.
We slow roast the hog in our machines for six to seven hours, using a special blend of spices to marinate the meat. This creates the magical combination of crispy hog roasts that fall off the bone to reveal tender and succulent meat for the ultimate feast.
